Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's rooms are small at about 300 square feet but well-furnished and clean, with a modern and nicely decorated touch. The service was a mix of friendly and professional, although slightly intimidating. The location offers easy access to various attractions and is perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The dining experience had plenty of choices but was a bit of a letdown until 3:00. Facilities are satisfactory overall.
I found the hotel to be really comfortable and spacious, although there was a faint cigarette smell in the room. The staff didn't do much about it, but overall, the room was sleek, clean, and surprisingly large for a city hotel. However, I missed having slippers and bathrobes during my stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were well-appointed with convenient amenities like Keurigs and ironing facilities, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. However, the noise from both the street and staff room next door was a downside, and the dining options were not as advertised, which was disappointing.
The hotel was clean, furnished nicely, and had great drinks at the rooftop bar; however, it could benefit from some Febreze. The service was professional and helpful throughout our stay, from valet parking to early check-in offers. The location was fantastic for exploring downtown Chicago on foot, being within walking distance of major attractions and great restaurants. The dining experience in the room was unsatisfactory due to a lack of variety, but homemade cakes served as an apology.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were fresh and beautiful, and I especially loved the design of the bathroom. The view from my room was breathtaking. The service was top-notch, with the staff being super nice and accommodating. The location was ideal, allowing easy access to many attractions within walking distance. However, the dining experience was a bit disappointing with limited choices. Overall, a modern, comfortable, and clean hotel with fantastic service in a great location.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a cute French restaurant and a cool rooftop bar. The service is chill and helpful, but not very polite. The location is fantastic for exploring the vibrant city of Chicago. However, the dining experience might leave something to be desired.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was well-appointed with all the necessary amenities like a Keurig, ironing stuff, fridge, and plenty of plugs which made my stay very comfortable. The location was perfect for my needs, being close to the CTA station and conveniently located near downtown attractions. The service was welcoming and attentive, although there were some early morning disturbances from housekeeping. The dining options were a bit limited and expensive, but overall, it was a good experience.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel with great service and a prime location in downtown Chicago. The rooms were fantastic, but there were some dining disappointments that affected the value for money.
